Mass Collective Mentorship 2025-2026

The idea behind the mentorship is to support emerging talent from underrepresented backgrounds, and champions bold new voices in architectural photography.

Over the course of the last year, our four mentees have undertaken a programme of masterclasses with industry leaders, received individual mentoring from a member of Mass Collective, and have each developed a photographic project around a story of their choosing, supported by a production grant.

Through this initiative, we seek to rewrite the narrative of how we represent the built environment, so that the authorship of the images we use fully reflects the diversity of the communities that live within it.
